• Filled-in Application Form;

As many as five participants in underprivileged position and/or with minority background are traditionally invited to attend the SBS classes for free. They are required to submit the necessary application documents and are interviewed before enrolment to ascertain whether they fulfill the underprivileged position/minority background criteria.

The eligibility criteria applied in the selection process are jointly worked out and approved by representatives of New Bulgarian University and Reform Union Club which are complying with all objectivity and transparency standards. The principle „first come first served (FCFS)” is observed due to the limited number of places in the SBS master classes.
