General Director of Bruno Leoni Institute; Adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute. Bruno Leoni Istitute is an Italian libertarian non-profit organization promoting classical liberal ideas in Italy and in Europe. Based in Turin and Milan it is one of the most popular and influential NGOs in Italy. It organizes conferences and seminars in many Italian cities, publishes books, briefing papers and other works, and assists students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
